This means that we prepare the narrative for your Qualified Written Request Under RESPA (Federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act), your Debt Validation letter (DVL) under FDCPA (Federal Debt Collectors Procedures Act) and if necessary, instructions to challenge negative credit reporting. After receipt of the non-answer, we prepare the narrative for complaints with the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Board) and the Attorney General of Your State.
