Around one month from now, most moratoriums on foreclosures will expire, unless they are again extended. That means that hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of foreclosures will be filed or completed over the next year. And just like the 2008 meltdown, the securities brokerage firms that call themselves “investment banks” will be swarming like maggots over the carcass of millions of lives.

  • We start with a simple premise: money received by homeowners was an inducement to enter into a concealed transaction in which the homeowner was not intended to receive any benefits.
  • YOU ASKED FOR A LOAN BUT NEVER RECEIVED A LOAN.
  • It was not part of a loan agreement because the money was received from players who had no intention of being lenders subject to statute and who had no intention of maintaining a loan account receivable against which payments could be received and posted.
  • DON’T GO DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE!
  • The attempt to get payment from homeowners is a concealed attempt to zero out the consideration paid to the homeowner for the concealed transaction.
  • In short, the homeowner was attempting to purchase a loan with the note and mortgage but didn’t get it. And the money paid to the homeowner was only temporary consideration for a concealed transaction in which the players received all the benefit and the homeowner took all the concealed risks.
  • THE GOAL IN LITIGATION IS TO BAR INTRODUCTION OF EVIDENCE AGAISNT YOU BY AGGRESSIVELY  PURSUING THE DEFENSE NARRATIVE THAT THE OBGLIGATION  DOES NOT CURRENTLY EXIST ON THE BOOKS OF ANY CREDITOR. 
And just like the 2008 crash, the impact of the new wave of foreclosures and evictions based on such foreclosures will be felt for years to come. The full impact of the COVID pandemic won’t be known for a long time. It could result in many more people falling into the grasp of greedy Wall Street bankers.

So my message is simple: get prepared and stay prepared. They will try to steer you into foreclosure because every dollar they receive from the forced sale of your property is going to bonuses and profits. Get rid of any thought you have that the foreclosure mills are filing foreclosures on behalf of lenders.

  1. Agreed Summer…something very strange is going on here and it is no coincidence. My guess, a placebo…way too many coincidences for my taste. Information I have not verified yet…the Chinese have bought up Billions of our debt to include “notes”…what do they want in return? This is getting down right disturbing. Our “elected” representatives have been selling out OUR country.

  2. Poppy, how about a mysterious vaccine which was developed in less than a YEAR! And already expected to be used on 2 MILLION people just this month alone..

    While any vaccine takes from 10 to 15 years to get approved before it starts mass production…

    Was this vaccine developed in ADVANCE? Because the Government KNEW about this pandemic even before it started?

    Which very conveniently happened at the same time as banks collapsed Global economy and investors likely demanded their money back.

    Or it is merely a placebo sold to people by pharma brothers for skyrocketing profits

  3. If anyone is aware, between 250,000-400,000 people die per year from medical mistakes. Higher than COVID…Personally, with certainty we have a virus and should wear a mask, gloves. I always wear them, to ensure if I were to be infected, I protect others. But, I have to question the mass media information being put out on TV stations, fueling the hysteria….and why? Studies show ivemectin, azithromycin + hydroxychloroquine, work in proper doses. Along with mouthwash containing – cetypyridinium chloride (CPC), [The study found that the expression of so-called “viral entry-associated genes” was particularly high in nasal epithelial cells. This indicates that these cells probably are the site of initial infection and can act as source for transmission of the virus between people. This means that the most likely route to become infected is the nasal passage]..then proper dosages of vitamin D and zinc…I have an abundance of questions about this massive shut down and where the truth lies.

    What is this really about?

  4. I cannot speak for any other city, but I am in Wilmington, NC…they are building apartments by the thousands. Why, I ask myself? “A nation of renters”…and that is a subjective value, even if you have a designated promissory note. The new regime is very familiar…a redo of 2008-2016. Career politicians, with the same slogan ” we are here to help”…Schummer saying: we win Georgia and we “change America”…no more checks and balances when they, the DemocRATS win the Senate, nothing to stop them from imposing and mandating policy for all of us, the masses. The manner in which they have gained power is the very same used to steal property. It’s coming again…they are bankrupting businesses, unfairly targeting productive citizens and working way over their pay grade, while not following their own mandates. Paranoid, yes I am…these large corporations and “public servants” are predators, taking full advantage of the COVID problem…using fear and intimidation. Judges are making law, not Legislators and no one is stepping up. We have all been living this for years. Now it is like a cancer, spreading everywhere.

    Whether you like Trump or not, this country is in crisis and a dementia patient is not capable of managing a country of 340 million, nor a budget of Trillions.

    My point: “we the people” make this work. We have rights. We have a contract with our “employees”…they have more stringent rules to transfer title to a car-truck, than they do for financial products. I personally, do not believe most anything going through the courts now is judicial, fair, balanced or conforms to the Rule of Law…just me.

  5. And after a very questionable election, Democrats already started to show their real faces – before election Pelosi insisted on much higher stimulus bill than offered by Trump.

    Now Pelosi and Schumer Make a Big Concession on Stimulus to be merely $980 which is less than Trump offered back in September.

    ALL that they needed – put Big Bank’s servants Biden/Harris in the office to cover for Big Banks crimes and throw everybody under the train.

    Biden/Harris will sign another “settlement” and Wall Street will rob you like never before.

    Search for a cheap rent – like a camper trailer in some warm state.

    We will all be homeless very soon (we actually are already, merely extending our rents by paying “Mortgages”

    Judges will be instructed (like in 2008) to kick out as many people as they can on the streets. And they will do it.
