    can you please explain what loan(s) MERS would have to pay off and where would they get funding? This is not sarcasm, Bob. I’m serious. Pledging a trademark, interesting concept, from where I sit.

  2. Americans Against Foreclosures ( AAF ) continue the fight against fraud and corruption.

  3. This is a big nothing burger. All MERS did was pledge its trademark for a bank loan from Nationstar. If MERS didn’t default, and paid off its loan, the lien was released.
