BEWARE: Things are not what they appear. This is another step in which something is made out of nothing. The entire plan is not based on any real assets or income of DiTech nor does it have any nexus to the prior uses of the DiTech name.

    And of course Bank of America is involved (the real party who collects mortgage payments in the same post office in Dallas TX as DiTech Caliber , PennyMac, even Fannie Mae, ect ) Just a routine change of decorations for BOA

    You are the attorney Neil — best at reading this. But since when did Ditech ever have any agreements with Freddie or Fannie (for which it know needs Freddie/Fannie consent)?
