Davids — who was/is the servicer?
To the Davids — Wells Fargo is the only entity to escape a settlement with regulators as to the mortgage fraud. These much smaller scandals are to make up for that — but that just makes it worse.
How do you steal homes with fake documents? you call yourself Wells Fargo, nationstar ect I think the time has come too bring all of these entities down. Enough is enough of stealing homes. great idea – and then bring RICO, and additional fraud charges – what about a class action by the stockholders? They continue to drain billions from the bottom line hurting their stock and bond holders.
