Pro Se Homeowner Defense Tool Kit!

To supplement your foreclosure defense efforts, I’ll be digging out my Pro Se homeowner defense Tool Kit.  We will discuss all aspects of what you need to assemble and assimilate to increase your chances of getting closer to the result you want.

This meeting will prepare you with a solid understanding of what you need to archive, document and learn.

If you know someone just starting their foreclosure defense, this will be an excellent opportunity for them to get up to speed.  Please invite them.

We’ll also be joined by Jo from South Dakota this week!

    iwantmynpv- I checked SubsidyScope, at Pew Charitable Trust (Nye LaValle), under both GE Capital and WMC, and found no TARP disbursements to either. All TARP recipients are listed here, I posted several months ago on LL that a number of SERVICERS received TARP funds, and asked for comments, because as servicers, they don’t own any mortgages. As debt collectors, though, they do. I didn’t get any feedback from LL readers.

    @nabdulla, you are in great shape, WMC was an agent-bank of GE Capital, who took to the sub-prime pilfering late in the game. Go the SEC website at free edgard, print it up. You will see that WMC existed for no other purpose other than filling the securitization pipeline for GE Capital. The grade of loans were so poorly underwritten that this little sub-prime division damn near put General Electric our of business. the were forced to convert to bank holding company status and were a huge recipient of TARP. They exited TARP when cheaper fed facilities became illegally available.

    So, you and I continue to bail-out this scam company every day. They use our treasuries to cushion an off balance sheet mess as we speak. it is ironic,that Americans are funding their own demise and don’t say one word about it.

    Thanks for your responses on the 7th. Amending Answer adding to my affirmative defenses and filing 5th Request To Take Judicial Notice tomorrow.

    Also, been geeking out the GE-WMC-2005-2 securitization at Mandelman U. I agree with you – as we slowly peel back the layers of this thing to the actual extent and damage of the fraud – heads are going to roll. When the banks did this to the people of Austria-Hungary – the results were Nazi party, Adolph Hitler, the “holocust”, etc – just reading the outrages on this blog alone – tells me that my fellow American citizens are not going to be as “lienient” (did I spell that right?) as the citizens of Austria and France.

Until then, let’s stay focused on the enemy/traitors to our country.

    The Holy Quran clearly makes a distinction between those who go into battle and those who stay home with the Women and children running their mouths. Several times, I have seen Women kicked and beaten to the ground – New Yorkers all.
