Bank Fraud,

America’s Servicing Company
Anita Antonelli
SASCO Trust 2005-RF4
U.S. Bank, N.A.
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

Action Date: January 3, 2012
Location: Delaware, OH

The Closing Date for SASCO Trust 2005-RF4 is August 31, 2005.

All of the mortgages in the SASCO 2005-RF4 Trust were required to have been deposited in that trust by August 31, 2005.

This is particularly significant right now because SASCO 2005-RF4 is the trust that is claiming to own the Bayless Family Mortgage in Delaware, Ohio, and trying to remove the Bayless family from their home this week.

SASCO is trust shorthand for Structured Asset Securities Corporation.

In almost every case, SASCO trusts CANNOT PRODUCE THE MORTGAGE ASSIGNMENTS required by the trust documents.

In almost every foreclosure case filed by U.S. Bank as Trustee for a SASCO trust, the mortgage assignment is dated several YEARS after the trust was supposed to have acquired the mortgage.

What mortgage document mill consistently supplies these “years late” Assignments? Consistently, that is America’s Servicing Company (ASC) in Ft. Mill, SC, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank.

Who are the signers of these “years late” Assignments? Anita Antonelli, China Brown, Natasha Clark, Nikli Cureton and Herman John Kennerty – the five most prolific robo-signers at ASC -have signed hundreds of these Assignments.

If the trust is a SASCO trust – STRIKE ONE;

If the Assignment is dated years after the trust closing date – STRIKE TWO; and

If the Assignment is signed by Antonelli, Brown, Clark, Cureton or Kennerty and notarized in York County, SC – STRIKE THREE.

Throw the bank out – not the Bayless Family.

As for Anita Antonelli, who signed the Mortgage Assignment in the Bayless case:

Many times Anita Antonelli is the Vice President of Loan Documentation for Wells Fargo Bank.

But then she is also often the Default Documents Manager for Wells Fargo Bank.

At the same time, Antonelli is often an Assistant Secretary of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.

She is also an Assistant Secretary for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting as a Nominee for American Home Mortgage…

…and acting as a Nominee for Hilton Head Mortgage, LLC…

…and acting as a Nominee for DHI Mortgage Co., Ltd….

…and acting as a Nominee for Myers Park Mortgage, Inc…

…and acting as a Nominee for CTX Mortgage Co., LLC…

…and acting as a Nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corp…

…and acting as a Nominee for Loan City…

…and acting as a Nominee for Mortgage Network, Inc.

With this history, why would anyone trust the validity of a mortgage assignment signed by Anita Antonelli – and particularly, why would anyone rely on such a document when produced by a SASCO trust?

  1. the “original note can’t be (re) produced ????

  2. Jim – take that Assignment that was used to steal your property and use the TILA/FTC law I recited in my earlier post to collect your $9000.00 then take that money to fund your lawsuit against these thieves. Once you use the Assignment to collect your money damages then you can point out why the Assignment is fraudulent. 99.9% of the Assignments we have reviewed are fraudulent but don’t make that argument until you have collected your $9,000.00.

  3. Whats so unusual about this situation? This is standard operating procedure

    The assignment used to take my property was created by Lps and stated that Ahmsi the servicer was transferring my mortgage to deutsche bank approximately three years after the alleged trust closed. This is interesting as Ahmsi testified to Congress that they didn’t own any mortgages. Where was the outrage over ahmsi’s criminal frauds ?

  4. Dear Niel:

    It would be nice to see this type of rendition on each of the big lenders.

  5. Is there a lawsuit going on with this particular case?

  6. Rereading this post, I have a question…

    WTF (in “Nukelar” Palin’s own terms…) is a “nominee”. What is the LEGAL definition of a nominee? I know the Webster’s definition “A person designated to fell a particular post, function, etc.”

    Designated by whom? Under what set of laws and circonstances? After meeting what kind of requirements? Verified by whom?

    By the time the greatest financial scandal ever visited upon humankind is over, we’ll all realize that… we were never told English in school. The only reason this happened is that we ALL suffered from… ignorance of our own language. And a few select people realized it and played on it.

    If it isn’t a lesson on “Why do we need to support schools for our kids and make sure we participate as parents and taxpayers”, I don’t know what it is.

    We got screwed because of our own ignorance. Ignorance never has a prayer against deviousness. The only reason this happened is that all the question we all should have asked BEFORE signing a house purchase agreement, we are only asking them now, when so much wrong has been committed.

    I hope we do live and learn. S&L didn’t teach much. The Great Depression didn’t teach much. We need to learn. For our kids’ sake.

  7. I had the same issue regarding an Assignment of Mortgage signed by John P. Larsen, aka John Larsen of Wells Fargo, as Asst Sec of MERS for nominee Guaranteed Rate. He also signs as VP of Loan Doc for Wells, Title Officer for Wells and as MERS nominee for others and WAMU. He is employed by Wells in Mpls MN office. I talked with him so he exists. However, his signature varies widely. He signs docs recorded in WA, MA, IA, TX, FL, MN and probably others which don’t appear on the internet. His notaries also have fluctuating signatures and mainly notarize in Hennepin Cty MN (Mpls.) I have dozens of examples and have reported him to several AG’s throughout the country while sending examples of his sig to them. Anyone who needs any of this info should email me at and I will be happy to oblige.

  8. I agree with you and I lost a previous house this same way back in 99 only then it was Benificial/Freemont Inv.&Loan.Tried to tell people back then that something was really wrong,but everyone thought I was some kind of nut case.I know that not enough people have woke up yet if they had they would feel the same way all of us feel.Even with P.R. this is still going to take time.

  9. We’ll get there. May take longer than we would like but certain principles are universal, immuable and absolute. We’ll get back to them. The thing about not steaking (for example), or not lying… I have no doubt we’ll get back to that. All we need is really believe in those principles and believe that we have the power of enforcing them.

    Otherwise, it is the end of society. Hence the end of humanity…

  10. I like to spread cheers. And I really like to post optimistic articles, just to tioe us over until judgment day…

  11. @Pam,

    What makes those guys exempt is the fact that we are not yet protesting loud enough. Sad to say, despite 60 minutes segments and Dylan Ratigan’s tirades, there are still more of “them” than of “us”… Takes time to reverse 15 years of constant, systematic and methodic fraud.

  12. I’ve got news for all of you: About 99% of the assignments are perjured, forged, back dated, robosigned and totally illegal. The scam started when you inquired about a mortgage loan.

  13. Use the fraudulent assignment to recover up to $9000.00 in money damages against the assignee.

    If the transfer occured after May 19, 2009, and the homeowner is not been notified of the transfer it is a violation of Section 131(g) of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) (15 U.S.C. 1641) which as part of the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act was amended by Congress May 19, 2009, to include a new provision requiring the assignee of a mortgage loan to notify a consumer borrower that the loan has been transferred. Section 131(g) requires the new owner or assignee of a mortgage loan to notify the borrower in writing when the mortgage loan is sold or otherwise transferred, and this notification must include, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1641(g)(1), the following:

    1. The assignee’s identity, address and phone number;

    2. The date of transfer;

    3. Contact information for an agent or party having authority to act on behalf of the assignee;

    4. The location of the place where transfer of ownership of the debt is recorded; and,

    5. Any other relevant information regarding the assignee

    File the claim in Court requesting the $9000.00 using the Assignment as the evidence (as long as the assignment is after May 19, 2009 and you were not notified within 30 days of the date of the Assignment that your loan transferred). Use the fraudulent assignment to collect the money. Then use that money to defend the foreclosure action. We see homeowners collect this money within 60 days of filing their claim. Email us at for more info.

  14. Had the same problem with US Bank different trust and 1 year later than this one.US Bank tried to enter our mortgage into the trust 4 years after the closing.They couldn’t do it as the closing date on our trust was 5-30-06.Really bad stuff here all these guys need to be shut down.If any of us had done this we would have 3hots and a cot.What makes these guys exempt?

  15. Anyone is entitled to a little insanity here and there… What, with everything we’ve gone through in the past 5 years, no one can expect us to remain well balanced and to keep an even keel. Especially in the absence of any prosecution whatsoever!!!

    I, for one, am quite torn. I want it to blow once and for all, with a maximum of bank casualties so that we can go back to a semblance of normalcy while, at the same time, knowing full well that if, indeed, it blows, not once single inhabitant of this country will remain untouched.

    I want a few people to be seriously touched. The guilty ones. Not the victims!

  16. Sorry about the last rant, i couldn’t help it and I will act more appropriate in the future!

  17. Neil, what are you talking about. She is just a speed reader that has some God-given capacity to be in multiple places at any given moment. She is diligent and works 160 hours per week, thus leaving time for one full hour of sleep per night and an extra hour to beem herself around the Country to all her jobs using the transporter from the “Starship Enterprise” She boldly goes where no…

    She has even been known to sleep with Green Men on strange planets that have Notary Stamps.
