Post-purchase Funds Reconciliation
Once Citi has purchased the mortgage loan and the Correspondent realizes they are holding excess funds that
must be applied to the customers account, Correspondents must complete Correspondent Transmittal Form
(Exhibit 42) detailing the specific fund application instructions. Once complete, the form, including funds, must

    Next , We do know that MERS really represents the Wire [Ooops ] and, Sponsor is ALWAYS the Seller …but the Fed is the wire – Huh …what …oppos

    Then Originator is made the Servicer Wait a minute .

    No Servicing allowed under FASB prohibitions as read in GAAP and FAS 140. Wait – what is the Sponsor doing selling the orgnators loans? Hmmm

    How is that …Hmmm . I got to know . Could it be ….

    Sponsor is the successor to interst in the US Gov…Ahhh I mean Mers Corp ?

    Maybe ….We are not suppose to know …..that RT Holdings (Trust info) is a big overseas entitiy in Singapore . Why would Fed Credit over seas and bring it back as a Seller .

    Hmmm I mean ….What ?

    RT Holding is not a Countrywide affilliate. It was a Bof A de-facto . Wait , thats like an LBO . Right ? I dont get it. CWHL and Bof A in a M&A?

    Using Fed funds credited to a Singapore Holding Company. Why don’t they elect a nominee …like Mers Corp . Then …hey —wait a minute .

    RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORP continued to exists in iowa moved to pa when ‘WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, inc. Merged out of existence. exact date 6/8/2004 forward.

    In the recent filing November 9, 2011 of an Ohio case, Deutsche v. Holden, in the Court of Common Pleas in Summit County, (Akron) Ohio, defense attorneys submit that the note had not been transferred pursuant to the PSA therefore the foreclosing entity (Deutsche) did not own the note and mortgage.

    cites the November 16, 2010 Congressional Oversight Panel’s (COP) report titled “Examining the Consequences of Mortgage Irregularities for Financial Stability and Foreclosure Mitigation” as well as the PSA and New York trust law.

    Senator Ted Kaufman warned that the COP investigation found evidence that he stated as the worse case scenario, “considerably grimmer” where “robo-signers served to conceal the fact the banks cannot prove that they own the mortgage loans that they claim to own.”
