COSTS AND PRICING ARE INCREASING ON TITLE AND SECURITIZATION SEARCHES

As the efforts to drill down to the loan level get stickier, the amount of time required to get the right information is also increasing despite increased automation of part of the searches. The pretenders have gone to great lengths to conceal the actual money trial, which we are finding is at considerable variance from what is stated in the securitization documents, which in turn are at variance with what is stated in the original loan documents. And the original loan documents do not state accurately the terms and parties to the actual monetary transaction in which the loan was funded. Getting all this information together and presenting it in an understandable form for use in court is therefore taking more time, which in turn has caused our analysts to require payment for the increased effort and time.

In order to recruit additional analysts, Livinglies (LUMINAQ) is starting a plan for forensic analysts who wish to use our infrastructure as part of their services.

All of this costs money and while we continue the commitment to commoditize the search, report and analysis to keep costs down for homeowners and the attorneys, there will be a price increase in many of the services shortly. Current published prices will continue to be honored until the new price schedule is posted.
