  1. @arthur pritchard,
“By the way, what the heck are you personally doing
    to help?”
Let me respond directly, If you look at LPS disclosure in 2009 10K under regulatory issues note re issues with DOCX notaries —-would you like to know why they felt it necessary to make that disclosure? Would you like to see the complaint with Fulton County 10/09 re the notary breakdown? —or the letter to SEC re same–letter to Banking Committee—or the letter to LPS board of directors’ audit committee 11/09 –or the return by CFO chan

Or handouts all over the capitol office bldgs of the signatures of linda green -tywanna thomas —–and teams of kids going in talking about their homes were taken!–oh oh that was last summer–BEFORE THE BILL PASSED—–now they gut it–and your people need to get away from this one trick pony–selling info on securitization. points already made -its crap——-all the chains are crap—its a rational basis for having them prove something—and they cant–but that in the eyes of justice nor economics or politics does not fly.

Iv walked my mile—-they took my house and destroyed it–in the middle of my farm—you think i love them?

    This summer?
–do you have a 401K? Look hard at the new rules they are working on for the brokers in whose names all of your retirement assets are held.

    Got a nuke next door?

Got a kid in a shellfield full of depleted uranium?
    What exactly are YOU doing?
Where is the line for citizens awards?

–and if people can get away with criminal activity they will-in wall street , washington -or selling unregulated materials over the internet. You do not have a right to use these sites to sell useless stuff and take umbrage

Straight shooters have nothing to fear –certainly not from me–frankly I doubt anybody no matter how badly they perform.. But many people look at these things and if they are pretty sophisticated educated people, then they have some chance of using this complex securitization stuff with some hope–while in fact they should be getting attorneys to file protective claims. They should be getting attorneys to review loans before signing the largest transactions in their lives.

There will be some opportunities generated by the changes–get attorneys to catch up on mod games and the settlement devices.

Everybody cannot chase this issue successfully–ie documentation errors—however you want to put it.

The prospects of a free house are about same as lottery———2 outs by plaintiff 1 and then hes sort of out unless another comes along.

This is the hard truth. I hope Lynn Symoniac survives her ordeal better than I —

If you dont understand what these securitization people are talikng about–its not cause they are necessarily wrong–its that it is impossible to explain if you arent exactly on top of it–and in the whole of this the documentation stuff is the least onerous of the originator/securitizer/ property default management/servicer activity.

Its just the only one that non-attornies have figured a way to get a piece of the action. Some are good if you know what you are doing–others who knows?

    Caveat emptor.

I spend lots of time with these people,
and you need to be much more careful before
you tear into people who are working extremely hard
to help people. It is sad that you elect to tear into them.
By the way, what the heck are you personally doing
to help? Based on your comments I would say nothing.

  4. This site originally was a very helpful way to bring yourself up to speed. Predatory loans, predatory securitizations, etc.

It was focused on information dissemination. Now certainly the people doing this site were investing a lot of time and money to bring light. But the average people in search of answers are ill-served by shelling out a bunch of $$$ to get detailed info on securitization info that is not really verifiable–murky —and when you get down to it pretty much useless to a pro-se who really has no chance of putting it in context and understanding it. much less establishing to a court the implications of the nuances.

And the site and an ever groing number of $$$-driven users out there has become increasingly $$$$ oriented. Now its pay for everything—–they see use of info from the site or off-site discussions as stealing info from these self-anointed experts unless you pay them !
It is a perverse trend-it appeals to potential con-men and con-women. It probably does require $3000 worth of time to actually unravel a securitization to the extenta real lawyer can make effective use of the info for more than window-dressing. It sure took me that long -actually much longer–to ascertain the salient facts.

The problem here is that there is no quality control-no review, no certainty that the info is of any use or is even accurate. Laid off financial crooks from banks are no doubt piling on to put the screws to the people desperate for a solution. And while much of the commentary set out on the site is reasonably accurate as best I can tell—–the blatant self-promotion and continuous advertising of unverifiable services of questionable use suggests a need for some consumer protection investigation right here. I urge the readers to be very wary–and if you do not get what you expect -turn it in to the state AGs —–dont take it on faith that this operation at every level cannot be simply a get rich quick scheme for its operators. Off-hand for those that charge a lot and deliver little——-they are as bad as bankers and doing much the same. Not all are bad but the bad ones are apparently moving in . FBI—probably time to move in and make sure there are not some elaborate con-games associated here..
