I totally agree with Gary. Please Neil.
The correct date for the conference is January 29, 2011.
Neil, as a plaintiff in pro-per I would love to attend however the price is beyond my means of affordabilty. I’ve been keeping up with the proceedings of Brian Davies and the writing of Paul Nguyen, the charts of Dan Edstrom and books of Dave Krieger to mention only a very few here…..but some how you need to find a way to include those of us “in pro-per” a means to attend at a lessor cost!
The information I’ve gained here is fantastic. I’d love to shake hands with others in this fight against this massive fraud.
Gary
I wish there were a workshop done in Florida.
If anyone knows, Forida:
If assignment of mortgage is signed and notarized on ** but has an retro-active effective date of three months prior and the date it was recorded, months later.
Which date would court deem to be the actual date??
If in anyone has actual knowledge, or case law to refer to, I would surely appreciate it.
I can not get the link above to work. The website shows me an event at the end of the month but not this weekend.
Hold the phone…..is this event taking place on Saturday the 22nd or today the 19th?
Gary
Is this for homeowners too or just for the attorneys? How much does it cost for homeowner? I am just learning on the securitization issue and MERS.
