SEE USING REGULATORY AGENCIES TO PRESS YOUR CLAIMS

GRIEVANCE FORMS ARE USUALLY ON THE INTERNET SITE FOR THE AGENCY

Any regulatory Agency that fails to conduct an investigation, or fails to find probable cause, or fails to prosecute its licensee for discipline or fails to refer to the U.S. Attorney or local prosecutor for criminal action is not only breaching the duties and obligation that were set forth when the agency was formed, they are also going to be the subject of numerous press stories starting right here. By the way filing a grievance usually involves no cost to you although you might want to consider having the combo title and securitization report done because that will virtually force the agency into action.

  1. I found the regulatory agencys totally useless. The FTC, SEC OTF, COC, NYSBD, NYAG IN MY OPINION all S.U.C.K

Furthering a demonstration to this is all a fraud and a setup working in the lenders favor. The more we discover the we find a lack of help. The more we discover the we find Obamas enforced 2009 investigation is all a scam to look the other way. There really is no mortgage fraud investigation is there?

  5. Many years back when the foreclosure fraud started against me by Fidelity NY FSB hiding four of my mortage checks, I went to the Office Of Thirft Supervision in NJ. Fidelity went under and Astoria Federal S & L became Successor in Interest and continued on with the foreclosure.

Federal Bank examines from the OTS went into the bank. Saw the hidden checks came in, disapeared and saw nothing wrong with that.

That is the OTS I know

  6. Thank you, Anonymous! Always enjoy your posts. I’ll ask my attorney if I can do the FOIA. I would love to see “what’s been done” (ha!) on my complaints. I’m in litigation now & don’t want to make a move without permission.

  7. leapfrog,

File a Freedom of Information Act — request — can get on OCC website. Make take a long time for response — but get in motion. Want to know all details of investigation reported to OCC on your complaint.

  8. Well, bring on the press stories to get the regulatory agencies off their collective asses. I have tried this route also and to no avail.

Once, I got the banking commission in NC to return my money on a predatory loan. That was over five years ago. My friend who lost her house to illegal foreclosure and embezzlement of her money to bring the loan current, reported it to the police and the FBI and nothing happened. I hope the FBI can be considered a regulatory agency. They are in bed with the Mortgage Bankers Assn. That has to be fixed right away. I look forward to the articles put out by the press–maybe Dilan Ratigan. http://www.challengingforeclosure.com Sirak@challengingforeclosure.com

  9. @ Whip: It does feel good to vent though – “Regulatory Agency Therapy”. Online complaint submission makes it easy too. I just save my letters (cut&paste) and “can” them, since they never receive a response anyway. Makes good ammunition for your case too – shows you made a good faith effort in dealing with the banksters.

  10. The OCC is a hostile bank friendly group, don’t even waste your time calling these stooges in Texas.
‘m starting to think Garfield is an old coot, CONSISTENTLY REMOVING MY POSTINGS.

  11. I’d rather slit my wrist than waste time with a Incompetent paper pushing Government Morons. Only way to to get a Bureaucrats attention is by Supeana!

  12. I filed three complaints with the OCC and they NEVER responded. I complained with a same cut-and-paste letter over a period of 4 months’ time. I finally received a letter from the bankster scolding me for complaining & not really addressing my issues.

OCC, however, never directly acknowledged my complaint, except with an auto response to say that the complaint was received.

I complained to the FDIC twice and never heard anything; Making Home Affordable Compliance three times, no response; Fannie Mae three times, no response.

These agencies are all in bed with the banksters and refuse to acknowledge complaints as no punitive action will happen to them if they don’t.

  13. In my humble opinion, this would be a waste of time and resources.

Unless you’ve been living on Mars for the past 50 years, you know that Regulatory Agencies don’t go after the politically connected. Reg Agencies, like universities, don’t exist to serve individuals, they exist for the benefit of their denizens’ pay, benefits and perks (corps being those “regulated” and faculty associations). Agencies and universities care only about ideology, budget appropriations, and tuition and grant revenue for the hacks that work there. “Regulation” and “education” are merely the products that are sold to a gullible public in exchange for the revenues. No diff than Wall St. bankers who are masters at selling 57 varieties of sh*t, 24/7/365.

  14. Where do I file my grievance? I have it all typed up! OTS Here I COME!!
