The National Association of Independent Land Title Agents (NAILTA) has released a white paper on the recent troubles with the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) mortgage registry and a position statement in favor of the premise behind a bill sponsored by Representative Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) known as H.R. 6460, or the “Transparency and Security Mortgage Registration Act of 2010″.

Correction “DE-THRONED”
Why is everyone STILL acting like our Constitution and the laws made in pursuance thereof are still valid and in effect? IT’S VOID! The moment the government decided that they didn’t have to honor their sworn oaths when it came to the rights of the people was the moment of their undoing. If our amendment rights aren’t solid guarantees then neither are Article I, II, III, IV and the rest of the Constitution. Remember, it’s complete and cannot be seperated (NO CHERRY PICKING), they have no legitimate authority because of their tresspasses.
WAKE UP! THEY HAVE DE-TRONED THE RULE OF LAW AND REPLACED IT WITH THE RULE OF PARASITES.
Look at the histories of Russia, Germany etc.. and how they collapsed, THAT’S WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO US. Stop wasting your time.
In two recent pieces I harped on the problems at MERS, the Mortgage Electronic Registration System. (“Support Representative Kaptur’s Bill: Time To Shut Down Mers And To Restore The Rule Of Law” and “Shut Down MERS”). Briefly, MERS purportedly offers an alternative to paperwork, maintaining an electronic record of mortgages that are usually packaged into mortgage backed securities (MBSs). When mortgages go delinquent, MERS helps mortgage servicers foreclose on homes.

TALF HAD REPURCHASES OF SERVICER LOANS IN JULY 2009, A LOAN FROM THE GOVERNMENT. THE PSA SAYS THAT THE SERVICER MUST BUY BACK DEFAULTED LOANS. IN MY CASE THIS SHOULD HAVE OCCURRED. NO WONDER THE TRUSTEE DEUTSCHE BANK IS MAD AS HELL.
HERE IS A PROOF OF CLAIM. DONE BY DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE AGAINST A SERVICER FOR A CHAPTER 11. LOOK AT THE LIST OF MISSING DOCUMENTS IT IS OUTRAGEOUS. IT IS CRIMINAL AND IT IS PART OF THE COVER UP THAT DEUTSCHE BANK IS TRYING TO UNWIND BACK TO THE SERVICERS.

These issues with MERS should have been addressed long ago. In fact, there should be no MERS. It is a nullity, because it is illegal. Property rights are one of the basic pillars of the USA from the Constitution. MERS needs to be completely gone from real estate arena. It is a big part of the giant Ponzi scheme that is ripping all of us off. MERS rips off local counties which only adds to the financial nightmare facing America. I sent a certified letter to my local county administrator, the solicitor’s office and the Registrar of Deeds. Even if you have paid for your house or never missed a payment, you are affected as well. No one who lives in the US and owns a home is safe.
