YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE AN ECONOMIST IF…

Once upon a time you had a good job, covered your expenses, raised your family right, had money in the bank, good prospects in a society where anyone could succeed if they worked hard enough and smart enough, but NOW

YOU’RE OUT OF WORK

YOU HAVE NO PROSPECTS

YOU HAVE NO SAVINGS

YOU HAVE NO ASSETS

YOU HAVE NO INCOME

YOU’RE EVICTED FROM YOUR HOME

YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS A GHOST TOWN

YOU’RE DYING BECAUSE YOUR TRANSPLANT WAS CANCELED

YOU’RE BROKE

YOU’RE LIVING OFF THE GENEROSITY OF OTHERS

And you have the nagging suspicion that your condition was caused by thieves who bought off the government so there is nobody to protect you in this land of the free

  1. So according to the Republicans, your U/E check
should be terminated, billionaires should get a tax
cut and the mega banks need another bailout to cover all those counterfeit Notes they sold to investors.
Perhaps, the Tea Party will be able to see through
all this Bull and start to represent the working class
in this country instead of the paper shuffling fraudsters who got US in this mess!
Sure we need to audit the Fed, return the gold
reserve to Fed Notes, start issuing silver backed,
interest free US Notes and start ending these costly idiotic foreign wars and put AMERICA FIRST!
    SINN FEIN, OURSELVES ALONE!

  2. Definition of Fascism from Wikipedia: “Fascism (pronounced /ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a radical and authoritarian nationalist political ideology. Fascists seek to organize a nation according to corporatist perspectives, values, and systems, including the political system and the economy. Fascism was originally founded by Italian national syndicalists in World War I who combined extreme right-wing political views along with collectivism. Scholars generally consider fascism to be on the far right.

Fascists believe that a nation is an organic community that requires strong leadership, singular collective identity, and the will and ability to commit violence and wage war in order to keep the nation strong. They claim that culture is created by the collective national society and its state, that cultural ideas are what give individuals identity, and thus they reject individualism. Viewing the nation as an integrated collective community, they see pluralism as a dysfunctional aspect of society, and justify a totalitarian state as a means to represent the nation in its entirety.”

They advocate the creation of a single-party state. Fascist governments forbid and suppress opposition to the fascist state and the fascist movement. They identify violence and war as actions that create national regeneration, spirit and vitality.

Socialism is not what this country is turning into. It is turning into another Fascist state. We need to recognize it for what it is, and it is not socialism. The military (and wars) are spending most of our money, and the banks are stealing the rest. http://www.challengingforeclosure.com Sirak@challengingforeclosure.com

  5. Neil — what you write here is the bottom line — it is ALL in a “nutshell” – Many thanks. So many have lost hope – not only have their lives been destroyed – they will also likely never have the opportunity to recover. The opportunities for the middle class – are now few – in the once great America.

High unemployment is expected to last at least five years or longer. And, what is left for growth – opportunity?? Joked here, the other day, about eating out, but one of the few staples that may remain is fast food and chain restaurants. Consumers will spend their last dollar – on food.

Very sad – that it has come to this. Why the government did not step in to stop the fraud and help the homeowners – is just beyond comprehension.

Thank you, Neil. Again, and again, this blog is all the “people” have. We have you.

  7. SOLIMAN SAYS:

“-the obligation needs to be renegotiated”

    a pause……

Soliman then says: “Yes this is correct.”

    Again he speaks:

“Here and only here is the sole technical error or miscalculation than cannot allow a lender to foreclose. The transfer (not tender) of consideration and lack of mark to market valuation with potential for charged or valueless certificates will suffice as a formidable base to establish your arguments.”

And I would add that signing a 40 year note for 25% more than the original balance (no principal reduction or set-off) is not a negotiation to market (modification under any other name), but just another predatory loan.

  8. The practice of law is like fencing, I will propose.

“The pen is mightier than the sword!” We’ve heard that one before.

For it is with a pen, one draws first blood, and then the lie succumbs to the truth.

    We’ll see.

  9. Ok, now I’ve just read where the US spends 190 million per day in Afghanistan !!

And people are dying here because their transplants are canceled ??? People are being punished by being kicked out of their homes because they are trying to help themselves.

    I cannot even comprehend this.

  10. Wake up America. We are now a socialist state…Your gov’t only was to give you what they want..Get up and burn this f****** country down…

  11. Timely. I will follow up your post with an excerpt from an email I just got…….

America: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed without eating, elderly going without needed meds, and mentally ill without treatment – yet we have a benefit for the people of Haiti on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents, clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies.

Imagine if we gave ourselves the same support that we gave all other countries.

  12. This post is absolutely true for some people.

    And when you’re down,
    They look down on you.
They beat on you with their shotgun documents and robo-signers and automaton agents.

It never seems to occur to banks that they could lift up their fellow man rather than drag him through the dredges.

It does not occur to them they they are also part of the human race.

    Or, are they??

Life to them is all about the dollar.

Protection comes at a price for the little guy.
