    IF they record any assignment in 2009 or later, the new TILA amendment kicks in.

    It probably does not help with the prior problems.

  2. Somehow, I cannot see how this technology is used legally. I guess it is okay for checks, but legal documents are supposed to be signed appropriately. Many legal documents are signed under penalty of perjury. Since when can a machine sign under penalty of perjury? I know of a real estate appraiser/broker was charged with fraud on an appraisal until the authorities found out his so-called appraisal was robo-signed by somebody or something else. You have got to be kidding me.

I paid 1550.00 dollars to have a forensic audit done on my loan with Saxon and found 16 TILA laws broken in my loan., But unfortunatly it was to late for me to do anything about it cause the statute of limitations had run out by the time I had the audit done. You have to have it done within one year of the loan signing in the state of Maryland….
