  1. Lucy,
You need to AFV or Accept for value the fees. Investigate what that means and use it to pay your fees. Have them send you a bill with a wet ink signature.
    It works

  2. Lucy-

I have a NJ lawyer for you with an MBA and who taught calculus so she really gets foreclosure defense due to masters/doctorate level legal, financial and mathematical education… Small firm too, smaller fee—
Email me at HDTV@USA.Com for her info, good luck

  3. lucy,
as to the list, I believe it hasn’t been updated in a while, but don’t worry your not missing out on much. While from what I know there are actually good Lawyers in Florida, as for the ones in California let’s just say the only thing that they “GET” is a reserved spot in Hell right next to the illegitimate state currently imosing as “Israel”. If you do a search perhaps for “new jersey” (with quotes) in the search bar at the top right of the webpage you should maybe get some results of willing and able attorneys that I’m pretty sure I’ve seen post here before. BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL, crime is running rampid and attorneys are no exception. Be cautious about who you allow to handle such a delicate situation and especially when your paying them on top of that. In short don’t put all your hope and faith into any one person or plan, create alternatives, don’t reveal any information pertaining to your financial status to ANY lawyer or would be forecloser and don’t put all your money into hiring an attorney, put some aside just in case (trust me).

    Good Luck .

  4. Lucy,

Contact/email Jeff Barnes. I believe he has someone he works with in North Jersey that might be able to help.

  7. I forgot to write the case file #. the cas DOCKET#F-8177-09, IN BERGEN COUNTY, NJ.

IF ANYONE CAN RECOMMAND A LAWYER THAT “GETS IT” IN NJ, I WOULD APPRECIATED GREATLY.

WHY ARE ALL LAYERS THAT ” GETS IT” IN CALIFORNIA AND FLORIDA BUT NONE IN NJ?

  8. NJ and it’s a judicial state.

At the case management confrence the judge asked that the plaintiff submit all mortgage paperworks.

As for our interrogatories and discovery, the plaintiff only submitted copies of the mortgage and assignment from Argent to us bank n.a. ….trustee … certificates- amc2 amd a separate piece of paper allonge.

My question is do we have to pay for this plaintiff’s attorney’s fee for resisting the motion and securing the default judgement?

    Thank you,
    Lucy

  9. Hey lucy!

I have no idea on thaT ONE! what state and what court was it in? you have a case number?

  10. Hi,

Can someone explain this to me? My attorney did not tell me about this.

THE JUDGE HAND WROTE ON OUR CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE 3/25/10-DEFENDANT SHALL PAY THE REASONABLE FEES OF AND COST, OF SECURING THE DEFAULT AND RESISTING THE MOTION.

WE GOT OUR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT FILED ON JULY 23,2009 VACATED.

DO DEFENDING USUALLY PAY A FEE AND COST TO THE PLAINTIFF FOR SECURING THE DEFAULT AND RESISTING THE MOTION?

    THANK YOU,
    LUCY
