I’m OK. Thanks for asking

Dear Everyone:

Yes I had a heart attack last week and several stent procedures. No I’m not dead, but thanks for asking. I’m OK now but I have a period of recovery that will last through the end of the year. If I do things right, you won’t notice the difference. Thanks to everyone for their good wishes. Go get’em!

  2. Rest up, Neil. Best wishes for a speedy recovery and get well soon.

  3. Thanks, for myself and all the people you have given hope and guidance to in a time of hopelessness.

God Bless You, and I hope you a speedy and full recovery.

    John Anderson.

  4. Neil. Please, please rest up. Do not rush the recovery. Get some magnesium and start taking it. Magnesium is the element that keeps calcium out of your heart and vessels and puts calcium in your bones where calcium belongs. Magnesium also dilates blood vessels. Because of our magnesium deficient water and soils, most of us have magnesium deficiency.

I will continue to press on, though the judge dismissed my case. Keep posting updates on cases from around the country.

Someone has to succeed from the Plaintiff’s side. Success from the defendant’s side will not help all those non-judiciial foreclosure states.

  5. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

You should be blessed because you are doing God’s work, though Lloyd Blankfein has recently laid claim to that territory – Goldman Sachs boss says banks do “God’s work”
(at http://www.reuters.com/article/newsOne/idUSTRE5A719520091108 ). The causes of LivingLies and GS seem in opposition, so I must believe GS has a different God.

  6. Neil,

Get well soon !. Your mission is not over.
We have more to learn from you and others to teach.
    Get well soon !

  17. Neil: My prayers are with you. The foreclosure prevention/defense community needs you! As proof, look how many good-hearted people hit their knees when one of their leaders is struck. Everyone on this site is pulling for you, and not only because you have helped all of us with the strategies, but also because you are one of those rare blessings that only seem to come around once in a great while who provides real solutions in our quest for truth and justice…two things that are hard to find these days. God speed, and if there’s anything a humble paralegal can do to help, just let me know.

    Sincerely yours.

  26. Dear Neil I am so surprised to hear, I wish you a relaxing and peace filled recovery, I almost said “speedy” a natural expression, and what is funny is my intention is to say do not push yourself… No offense to anyone, because we all wish you a speedy recovery but also a leisurely rest.

This will all be here when you feel better and are fully healed. Many abundant blessings of good health

Most important is your family and your health is most important to them.

  30. Esteemed Neil,

    Godspeed your recovery.

This oracular blogsite you started, this movement for economic justice you faithfully shepherd, this fertile incubator of passionate researchers, autodidacts & activists you have loosed upon the world, these embattled homeowners and officers of the court you’ve empowered with esoteric expertise and livening encouragement, all have come to profoundly appreciate the understated presence of your steady hand and big, big heart.

We, beneficiaries of your most exemplary good works, bid you a speedy convalescence and best of health.

  31. Neil,

I, along with all of your admirers and followers here on your LivingLies blog, am deeply grateful for your continued recovery.

Neil, have you read Plato’s Republic? There are so many concepts and ideas in that classic that fit in line with you as a man, a philosopher, a seer of truth, and an advocate against wrongs wrought against society. Plato believed that an ideal state, embodying the highest ideas and best capabilities of human social life could really be achieved BUT ONLY IF (and that’s one heck of a big @$$ IF) the right people are put in charge.

You, your intellect, your education, your experience, your passion for justice, your love for the truth that hides inside the law, your desire to teach and generously give the gift of knowledge and understanding, your deep sense of social justice; all of those highly admirable traits make me (and all of us here on your blog) proud to call you our mentor.

You have taught us to traverse down a tricky, winding path where we hope to find the competence to judge between what merely seems to be the case and what really is factually true.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you Neil. Thank you!

May your health continue to improve and your heart heal to the point that it is stronger and more resilient than before.

    With great admiration,
    Lisa E (Pro Se, Florida)

  32. Neil,

Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery. You are very much needed and appreciated by us all.

  33. Neil,

We all wish you the best and a speedy recovery. You are blessed with a knowledge that we all admire and can grow from.

It was an honor to be your guest speaker at the workshop in Clearwater for the homeowners and attorneys this past weekend.

The information that was shared was invaluable.

It has helped open so many doors for so many in this movement for a better tomorrow.

You know you are on the right path when things just fall into place on an unexplainable level.

It has been an interesting week to say the least.

    Keep doing what you…

  34. Prayers are with you for a speedy recovery. Thank you fro all you have done and continue to do.

  35. Neil

  37. Neil, you opened my eyes and clarified things I really did not understand. I hope you recover soon
and have a Happy Thanksgiving. We need more truth
tellers like you who can explain things from an insiders perspective. Take care of yourself, and watch
your back. THEY ARE DANGEROUS. They have the
motive and the means to shut up anyone who exposes their scam, so PLEASE, be carefull!

  38. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. We need you more than ever!!

  39. I just found this Neil. I am so sorry to hear of your troubles! You are a God send and blessing; I wish you well and hope your recovery is speedy.
