    I had 5 rentals go into foreclosure over the last 4 years or so. I would like to challenge the lenders right to submit late payment and foreclosure information to the credit bureau’s. Once I do that they have 30 days to respond. Can you send me some articles or case laws that I could send to the credit bureau’s supporting my arguement? If this works, as it should, everyone would be able to challenge the fraudulent late payment and foreclosures and get their credit cleared up.
