A California attorney can claim California MCLE credit for education activities attended/taken outside California, provided that:
the attorney is outside California when attending/taking the activity;
the activity is the type of activity that can be approved for California MCLE credit;
the activity is approved by an Approved Jurisdiction.
If the criteria above are met, neither the provider nor the member needs to submit the activity to California for approval. California credit can be claimed by the attorney, based on the fact an approved jurisdiction approved the activity.

I need to know how to respond to a foreclosure summons.The clock is ticking.
I am signing up for your course on nov 10 but can i purchase the books before hand to respond to the summons..
Am I the only one who thinks this whole thing amounts to a massive “land grab” ? Think about it, your “real” lender is most likely a foreign entity, not licensed to do business here in America. Your “lender” has already been paid in full, plus 2.5%. Now … because you were conveniently set up in a mortgage you were most likely destined to fail at, you go into default and they’re now foreclosing on the property.
Back in the day, it used to be that the “bank” did not want to be in the real estate business. They did not want your house back. This no longer appears to be the case. I’ve honestly come to believe this whole scam of theirs was very well planned from the get go, as a way to put massive amounts of American property in foreign hands.
And why not ? They’ve already been paid in full. It’s called “having your cake and eating it too” … and they’re getting away with it on a monumental scale. As if we haven’t been sold out to foreign entities enough as it is.
Are there any further updates as to the location of the November seminar?
The government is going to do whatever it wants regardless, even if it means throwing $700 billion of our taxpayer dollars at Wall Street with no real guarantee of a positive outcome.

I am sorry to post off subject but I read a couple of days ago on this site that if the mortgage and note are seperated in Florida then that voids the mortgage because in Florida you can’t have one without the other …. or something to this effect … can you point me to the correct post

This is excellent !! I went to Neil’s seminar up in Los Angeles last week, and it was well worth the time and money. Invest the extra money for the workbooks too if you can.
